Our surveillance teams have been trained within the Police Force, which is standardised under Home Office guidelines in Police Forces throughout the UK. The operatives received 13 weeks of driver training up to Advanced Police Standard. This training is vital to surveillance operatives ensuring safe driving at the same time as being able to communicate commentary to other team members by radio.

All our surveillance teams are either ex Police or military personnel who have the requisite background and training in surveillance procedures. All personnel used by us are supplied with licensed covert in car radio communications equipment, high powered digital video cameras for personal use, and if required covert body worn/bag cameras. We personally build the covert equipment and keep up to date with new technology and available equipment. All operatives used by us must have a certificate of Police Service and discharge paper from the Military. This ensures that the integrity of personnel used cannot be called into question in a Court of Law.

We as a specialist CCTV installer also have available state of the art recording equipment for static surveillance. We routinely make use of Digital Video recorders (DVR's), which have Computer technology eliminating the use of tapes. Our stand-alone system can accept 4 cameras of any type to record simultaneously for a period between 1 and 28 days. This equipment can be accessed and viewed from anywhere in the World via a secure and password protected Internet connection. We now utilise static vehicle surveillance technology where necessary.
